We have followed Chef Victor throughout his career in South Florida and now that he has his own Bistro this is the best ever. The specialties are fantastic, but Chef Victor is also always willing to surprise you if you like a gastronomical adventure. Dining with Chef Victor is never less than spectacular, Five Stars.

We enjoyed Mussels in Cream Sauce and a wonderful Salmon with Carmelized Onions for our Valentine's Day lunch. The wait staff were attentive and helpful, the food delicious, the atmosphere making us wish we were in Paris. This was a close second, if we couldn't actually be in Paris. Thank you!
